Personal therapy

It takes place with the aim of extracting and realizing some unconscious processes and structures. Usually, it takes place in the cabinet face to face or on the couch (when the analyst sits behind the analysant). Taking into account the latest changes in the world, such therapy can also be done online, in which case the function of the couch is performed by the analyst’s camera being turned off

Couples therapy

This type of therapy typically takes place in a cabinet and face to face. Usually once or twice a week.
The main goal of therapy is to identify unconscious motives of behavior within a couple, as well as their correction through raising the awareness

Group therapy

Group therapy can be either offline or online, but it is still more effective to establish transference relationships in the cabinet. This is usually face to face therapy in a circle. Part of the time is devoted to the story of one of the participants, the rest is feedback from the group and the group leader
